Formerly known as the Ski Train, Amtrak has reintroduced its route between Denver's Union Station and Winter Park Resort for skiers and boarders looking for a relaxed ride to the slopes in 2018.
Running Saturdays and Sundays, January 5–March 25, 2018, plus every first Friday of the season: January 5, February 2 and March 2.
The trip takes only two hours. Early-bird pricing is $29 one way on select departures. All other tickets are $39, $49 and $59.
Winter Park Express schedule:
- Depart Union station at 7am
- Arrive to Winter Park at 9am
- Depart Winter Park at 4:30pm
- Arrive to Union station at 6:40pm

Aspen Gay Ski Week is the premier gay and lesbian winter travel and vacation event in Colorado. Aspen Gay Ski Week is a week long LGBTQ winter event held in January each year. We have plenty to for everyone..even if you don't ski or board. We have daily skiing/boarding on one of the four mountains in the area with guides for all abilities. We also have daily apres ski parties, dinners, comedy, film, boutique & art walk, nightly parties, snow shoeing, sleigh rides, yogo & spa days...and much much more.

Ohio Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 0,080 feet (3.072 m) above the sea level, located in the Gunnison National Forest, in Colorado, USA.

The road over the pass is called Colorado Road 730, but also known as Gunnison County Road (GCR) 730 and Ohio Creek Road (former SH 341). The first eight miles are paved, the remainder gravel/dirt. It’s appropriate for automobiles except for extremely low clearance vehicles. Large RVs and boat trailers are not advised on the narrow portion near the top of the pass.
